DESCRIPTION:


Nokorode® Regular Paste Flux is a lead free, all purpose, soft soldering paste flux ideal for use with 95/5 and other common solders. Nokorode® special oil base protects the solder joint against corrosive attack. It cleans and fluxes all at one time. When heated, it reduces surface tension and allows the solder to flow easily and uniformly into the joint. Nokorode® Regular Paste Flux works to deliver a strong, leak-free joint. It's non-aggressive formula is ideal when used on copper and brass fittings.

Certified to NSF/ANSI 61 Annex G in compliance with AB 1953 requirements, commonly referred to as the “Low Lead” law, making it suitable for use with the silicon family of metal alloy products.

    APPLICATIONS:


    Nokorode® Regular Paste Flux can be used with 95/5, 60/40, 50/50 and 40/60 solders. It can be used on all solderable metals including copper, tin, zinc, nickel, and sheet lead. Do not use on stainless steel, aluminum or magnesium. Not recommended for electronic use.

    INSTRUCTIONS:


    1. Remove all dirt from surfaces to be soldered.

    2. Do not breathe vapors during soldering operations.

    3. Apply a small amount of flux evenly to both joining surfaces. Heat and apply solder in normal manner.

    4. When joint has cooled, wipe outside and flush inside surfaces thoroughly with water.

    5. Flux paste may liquefy if stored under very hot conditions (usually greater than 130 degree F). Before using, cool slightly until flux re-solidifies.

    CONTAINS: Zinc Chloride and Ammonium Chloride. PRECAUTIONS: May cause irritation to eyes, skin, digestive or respiratory system. Avoid direct contact, breathing of fumes, and ingestion. Wear adequate protective clothing and equipment. Use only with good ventilation. Wash thoroughly after use. FIRST AID: For any overexposure, get immediate medical attention after first aid is given. Eyes - Flush with clean water for 15 minutes. Skin - Wash with soap and water. Inhalation - Remove to fresh air. Ingestion - DO NOT INDUCE VOMITING. Only if conscious, give large amounts of water. FIRE AND SPILLS: For fire, use water fog, CO2, foam, or dry chemicals. Wipe up spills to prevent footing hazard. STORAGE AND HANDLING: Store in cool area. Keep container tightly closed. Do not reuse empty container. KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN.

The sole remedy for breach of the Limited Express Warranty shall be the refund of the purchase price.
